About Dead Paradise

In Dead Paradise, crossing the finish line is only half the job. The other half is staying alive. Enemy vehicles of every kind pour onto the road behind and ahead of you, and the only answer is to keep your foot down while you aim and launch missiles at anything that gets close.

Driving and shooting at the same time is the whole thrill here. You adjust your firing angle on the fly, punch the nitro to escape a bad spot and squeeze every drop out of your fuel tank to reach the end of each level in one piece.

Every level you clear pays out coins for the garage, where you can boost missiles, armor, engine and fuel, or save up for a meaner-looking new vehicle. Dead Paradise is free in your browser with no download, so gear up and head into the apocalypse.

How to Play

  1. Press Arrow Up to accelerate and Arrow Down to slow down.
  2. Press X to launch missiles at enemy vehicles.
  3. Press Z to adjust the direction you are firing in.
  4. Press Space for a nitro boost.
  5. Reach the end of the level alive, then spend your coins on missile, armor, engine and fuel upgrades or a new vehicle.

Tips

  • Set your firing direction before enemies close in so you are not adjusting your aim in the middle of a fight.
  • Fuel upgrades are easy to overlook, but running dry ends a run just as surely as taking too much damage.
  • Use nitro to escape a group of attackers rather than trying to fight them all at once.
