About FreeCell Solitaire: Daily Deal
FreeCell Solitaire: Daily Deal is our own take on the classic patience game where luck plays almost no part. All 52 cards are dealt face up into eight columns, so you can see everything from the first move. Four free cells at the top left each hold one card, and four foundations at the top right take each suit from Ace up to King. Get all 52 cards home to win.
In the columns, a card goes on a card one rank higher of the other colour, like a red 8 on a black 9, and any card can go into an empty column. Cards in order move together when there is room to move them one by one through the free cells and empty columns: free cells plus one, doubled for every empty column. The bar above the table always tells you how many cards you can move right now, so a long move never surprises you.
Every deal is solved by a solver before it reaches the table, so every game you play can be won. Each day brings one daily deal, the same for everyone, and winning it on days in a row builds a streak. New deal shuffles up another solved game whenever you want one, and your game in progress is kept, undo history and all, so you can leave and come back.
Tap a card and it goes to the best place it can: home to its foundation, onto a column, into an empty column or into a free cell. Tap again to try the next place, or drag it where you want it. Cards that are safe to put away go home by themselves, and once everything is in order the rest of the game finishes itself. Undo is free and unlimited, cards that can't be picked up are dimmed, and a four-colour option makes diamonds blue and clubs green.
You start with 500 points, earn 10 for every card home and lose 5 for every move, so a tidy game scores more. Every win posts to the leaderboard. The only paid item is a hint, which costs gems and shows the next step of a winning line from where you are. FreeCell Solitaire: Daily Deal is free to play in your browser with no download or sign-up, and its cards, sound effects and music are all made for the game.

How to Play
- Play the daily deal or deal a new game. Every card is face up from the start.
- Move all 52 cards to the four foundations, one per suit, from Ace up to King.
- In the columns, put a card on a card one rank higher of the other colour. Any card can go into an empty column.
- Each of the four free cells holds one card. Park a card there to reach the cards under it.
- Cards in order move together if there is room: free cells plus one, doubled for every empty column.
- Tap a card to send it to the best place, or drag it. Undo as often as you like.
Tips
- Look for the Aces and twos first. Freeing them early opens up the whole game.
- Keep free cells empty for as long as you can. Every full cell halves the cards you can move at once.
- An empty column is worth more than a free cell: it doubles how many cards you can move together.
- Put a King with a long run into an empty column, so it never needs to move again.
- If a plan goes wrong, undo a few moves. Undo is free and every deal can be won.
FAQ
- Is FreeCell Solitaire: Daily Deal free?
- Yes. It is free to play in any modern browser, with no download and no sign-up.
- Can every deal be won?
- Yes. A solver plays every deal through to a win before it is dealt, so every daily deal and every new deal can be won. In the very rare case a new deal can't be solved in time, the game tells you before you play.
- What is the daily deal?
- One deal a day, the same for everyone. It changes at midnight UTC, and winning it on days in a row builds a streak. A won daily deal can't be played again for a second score.
- How many cards can I move at once?
- As many as you could move one at a time through the free spaces: the number of empty free cells plus one, doubled for every empty column (one column fewer when the cards go into an empty column). The bar above the table shows the number.
- How is the score worked out?
- You start with 500, earn 10 for each card that goes home and lose 5 for each move; undo takes a move back. A win posts 1,020 minus 5 for each move to the leaderboard, at least 100.
- Is there a hint?
- Yes, a paid one that costs gems: it lights up the card to move and where it goes, taken from a winning line from where you are. You are only charged when there is a hint to show. Undo is always free.
