About Jelly Tumble
Jelly Tumble is our own tap-to-clear puzzle, the kind of game also known as a collapse or blast puzzle. Tap any group of two or more touching jellies of the same colour, side by side or one above the other, and the whole group pops. The jellies above tumble down into the gaps and new ones drop in from the top. A lone jelly can't be cleared, so every tap is a small plan: which group to take now, and which to let grow.
Bigger groups score much more, and big ones leave a special where you tapped. A group of five or six makes a line jelly that clears its row or column, seven or eight a bomb that clears the 3×3 around it, and nine or more a prism that clears every jelly of its colour. A small badge on a big group shows what it will make before you tap. Tap a special that touches another special for a combined blast, from a cross of lines to the whole board. Each colour has its own white shape, a heart, star, leaf, drop, gem or sun, so the jellies stay easy to tell apart on a phone and for colour-blind players.
There are 60 levels in five areas. Each has a goal, such as collecting jellies of one colour, breaking all the wooden crates or reaching a score, within a set number of moves. Crates break when you clear a group right next to them or blast them, and some take two hits. Every level's move limit was set by a bot that played it a hundred times, so each one can be won without help. Moves left at the end turn into bonus blasts, and your score decides the stars.
The daily board is the classic version: the same board for everyone each day, four colours, and nothing new drops in. When a column empties, the columns to its right slide over to the left. Clear as much as you can, because the fewer jellies left at the end, the bigger the bonus. Your best run of the day goes on the leaderboard.
Retries are free, there are no lives to wait for, and there are no ads between levels. Three helpers cost gems in the levels: a hammer, a shuffle and five extra moves after you run out. The daily board has no helpers, so every score on it is earned the same way. Jelly Tumble is free to play in your browser with no download or sign-up, and its art, sound effects and music are all made for the game.

How to Play
- Pick the next level on the map, or play today's daily board.
- Tap a group of two or more touching jellies of the same colour to clear it.
- The jellies above fall into the gaps and new ones drop in from the top.
- Groups of 5, 7 and 9 or more leave a line jelly, a bomb or a prism where you tapped.
- Tap a special to set it off, or tap one touching another special for a bigger blast.
- Meet the level's goals before the moves run out. On the daily board, clear as many jellies as you can.
Tips
- Before you tap a small group, check whether clearing something else first would join it to more of its colour.
- Clear groups low on the board. Everything above them falls and can line up new groups.
- Save specials next to each other and tap one of them for a combined blast.
- Crates only break next to a cleared group or in a blast, so work the jellies right beside them.
- On the daily board, keep each colour in a few big clumps and clear the colour with the fewest jellies last.
FAQ
- Is Jelly Tumble free?
- Yes. It is free to play in any modern browser, with no download and no sign-up.
- What is the daily board?
- One board a day, the same for everyone, with four colours. No new jellies drop in and empty columns close up to the left. It ends when no group is left. Your score is your group points plus a bonus for leaving fewer than ten jellies, and your best run of the day counts on the leaderboard.
- How are points worked out?
- A group of n jellies scores 5 × n × (n − 1), so two jellies score 10, five score 100 and ten score 450. Blasted jellies score 15 each and every crate layer 40.
- Can every level be won?
- Yes. A bot played every level a hundred times to set its move limit, and every level can be won without helpers. Retries are free and unlimited, with no lives.
- Do the helpers cost gems?
- Yes. The hammer, the shuffle and five extra moves cost gems and work in the levels only. You never need them, and the daily board has no helpers at all.
