About Pyramid Solitaire: Daily Deal
Pyramid Solitaire: Daily Deal is our own take on the classic adding-up card game. Twenty-eight cards sit in a pyramid of seven rows, every one of them face up, so you can plan from the first tap. A card is free once both cards lying on it are gone, and covered cards are dimmed so you always see which ones you can use. Clear the whole pyramid to win.
The rule is simple arithmetic: tap two free cards whose values add up to 13 and they leave the table. An Ace counts 1, a Jack 11 and a Queen 12, so a Queen pairs with an Ace, a Jack with a 2, a 6 with a 7. A King is 13 on its own and goes with a single tap. Pick two cards that don't make 13 and the game tells you the sum, like "8 + 4 = 12, not 13", instead of silently doing nothing.
The other 24 cards wait in the stock. Its top card lies face up and is free, and so is the top of the waste pile beside it, so you can pair stock with pyramid, waste with pyramid, or stock with waste. Tap the arrow to turn the next card. Easy lets you go through the stock three times; Hard gives you a single pass, so every card you skip is gone for good. The trick is not to spend a card on an easy pair when the pyramid needs it later.
Every pyramid card you remove scores 20 points and every stock or waste card 10. Removals in a row build a streak: each one adds 10 more points than the one before, up to 100 extra, and turning a card from the stock starts the streak over. A win adds 1,000 for the cleared pyramid, 500 if you did it in the first pass through the stock or 250 in the second, and a time bonus of 900 minus the seconds you took. The best possible score is 5,450.
Every deal is played through by a solver before it reaches the table, so every game you get can be won. Each day brings one daily deal, the same for everyone and winnable even in one pass, and your first win of it each day goes on the leaderboard. Winning it on days in a row builds a streak. Undo is free and unlimited, and on a phone held upright the stock and waste are drawn big near your thumb.
The only paid item is a hint, which costs gems and lights up the cards of a move that keeps a winning line alive, or tells you how many moves to undo. Pyramid Solitaire: Daily Deal is free to play in your browser with no download or sign-up, and its cards, sound effects and music are all made for the game, with separate switches for music and sound effects.

How to Play
- Play the daily deal or deal a new game, in Easy or Hard.
- Clear all 28 cards from the pyramid to win.
- Tap two free cards that add up to 13 to remove them: A=1, J=11, Q=12. A King goes alone with one tap.
- A card is free once both cards lying on it are gone. Covered cards are dimmed.
- The top cards of the stock and the waste are free too. Tap the arrow to turn the next card.
- Easy goes through the stock three times, Hard once. Undo as often as you like.
Tips
- Before you pair, look at what each card is holding down: free the cards that open the most of the pyramid first.
- Count the partners: if only one 6 is left for a 7 deep in the pyramid, don't spend that 6 on the stock.
- Take Kings as soon as they are free. They pair with nothing, so removing one never hurts.
- Pair stock and waste cards with each other when the pyramid has no use for them: each one scores and keeps your streak going.
- In Hard there is no second pass, so check the waste and stock before you turn a card you might need.
FAQ
- Is Pyramid Solitaire: Daily Deal free?
- Yes. It is free to play in any modern browser, with no download and no sign-up.
- Can every deal be won?
- Yes. A solver plays every deal through before it reaches the table, and the daily deal can even be won in a single pass through the stock, so it is winnable in both Easy and Hard.
- Which cards can I pair?
- Any two free cards that add up to 13: free pyramid cards, the top card of the stock and the top card of the waste, in any combination. Kings are 13 on their own and go with one tap.
- What is the difference between Easy and Hard?
- Easy lets you turn the waste back over and go through the stock three times. Hard gives you one pass, so a card you turn past stays in the waste until you pair the cards on top of it.
- How is the score worked out?
- 20 points for each pyramid card and 10 for each stock or waste card you remove, plus a streak bonus of 10 more for each removal in a row (up to 100) that resets when you turn a card. A win adds 1,000, a pass bonus of 500 in the first pass or 250 in the second, and 900 minus the seconds you took. The most a game can score is 5,450.
- What does the hint do?
- A hint costs gems. It lights up the cards of a move that keeps a winning line alive, or the arrow when turning a card is right; if the game can no longer be won from where you are, it tells you how many moves to undo. Using it never lowers your score, and undo is always free.
